So it's February 14,2012, 6:30 P.M. At this point we are about exhausted from the Holiday..in walks a customer for which we waited on earlier in the day. The Gentlemen asked for a single yellow rose,I wrap it....he fills out a card.Then...hands the flower to me...the card reads" Thank you for your great service and attitude,you made my day! Happy Valentines day!"
